  1. Displays a dialog for defining variables.
  2. The displayed functions are: 
  3. 窶｢    Insert
  4.     Inserts the variable in the entry column of the variable list .
  5. 窶｢    Clear
  6.     Clears the selected variable.
  7. 窶｢    Change
  8.     Changes the selected variable.
  9. 窶｢    Open
  10.     Opens a variable list. The existing variables will be overwritten.
  11. 窶｢    Add
  12.     Attaches a variable list. to the existing list.
  13. 窶｢    Save
  14.     Saves the variable list under a new name.
  15. Note:
  16. 1.    Variables can be created from other variables.
  17. 2.    Variables always have the following construction:
  18.     <variable name> = <definition>
